  • Army £250m Housebuilding for Basing Programme

    Housebuilder Lovell has won its largest-ever contracting scheme after agreeing a £250m contract to build more than 900 homes for the Ministry of Defence.

    The Tamworth-headquartered business, which is part of construction group Morgan Sindall, will work on the Army Basing Programme.

    It will build 917 homes on three sites in South Wiltshire, in Bulford, Larkhill and Ludgershall. Working to a handover rate of 20 homes a week, the project is scheduled to be completed by May 2020.
